RUGBY star James O’Connor has offered his household dwelling of 20 years on the Gold Coast as he focuses on his profession comeback in Brisbane.
A Brisbane purchaser who plans to retire there in one other 10 years has paid $1.3 million for the property at 94 The Esplanade, Paradise Level in a deal negotiated by Alex Phillis of Alex Phillis Actual Property.

This property at 94 The Esplanade, Paradise Level, has offered.
It’s a bittersweet sale for the 29-year-old, who fondly remembers his years as a youngster having barbecues with pals and enjoying on the seashore in entrance of the house.
The Wallabies star beloved the home he grew up in a lot, he purchased it from his dad and mom once they moved interstate a decade in the past.
The home has a Balinese-inspired “restoration space” that includes a straw hut, spa and saltwater pool.
But his return to Australia after a stint enjoying abroad led him to Brisbane, the place he signed a two-year take care of the Queensland Reds and Rugby Australia.
“The commute simply isn’t potential anymore,” O’Connor stated.
“I wish to be nearer to the Reds’ headquarters and make Brisbane my dwelling in Queensland for good now.”

O’Connor renovated the property himself, turning the yard right into a Bali-inspired “restoration space” that includes a straw hut, spa and saltwater pool.
“That was my little creation,” he stated. “We used to arrange the flatscreen, have tea within the spa, after which have a dip within the pool.”
The house has a lined deck overlooking the pool space.
The home was up on the market with a value information of $1.4 million.
Mr Phillis stated the property attracted plenty of curiosity regardless of the COVID lockdowns.
He stated it was only a matter of discovering the correct purchaser.
