Firm director Charles Fairfax and his spouse, Kate have purchased their COVID-19 retreat, Balquhain at Blackheath. The historic Blue Mountains dwelling was the little used weekender of the fund supervisor Alwyn Heong and his accomplice Ian Newtown.
