One of many largest condominium developments to come back to Citadel Hill in a few years is to be launched this weekend.
Grand Reve contains a mixture of 196 studio, one, two and three-bedroom residences, together with
quite a few cut up stage, townhouse-style condominium configurations.
It’s being developed on a website at 8 and 18 Garthowen Cres, Citadel Hill, by award-winning Hills District firm Kassis Properties, and marks the household firm’s foray right into a challenge of this kind.
Grand Reve has been designed by Turner Studio in collaboration with Arcadia panorama designs.
It consists of two towers that join on the podium stage, and residences have views throughout the district to the Sydney CBD and to the outlying Hills space.
It has a powerful deal with group, with landscaped podium gardens peppered with seating pods and resident eating areas.
Residences characteristic open plan layouts, with beneficiant dwelling, kitchen and eating areas, 2.7m
ceilings, engineered stone benchtops, many with an island bar and loads of pure gentle.
Giant double glass sliding doorways prolong the eating space to non-public balconies or terraces courtyards.
The event can be formally launched on Saturday with a ceremony at 10am, attended by Lord Mayor Michelle Byrne, Sam Kassis and Romeo Georges, who head up Kassis Properties, John McGrath, from McGrath Property Brokers, which is advertising the challenge, and Stephen Cox, of architectural agency Turner Studio.
The occasion can even mark the opening of the Grand Reve show centre at Store 233B/279 Outdated Northern Highway, Citadel Hill (the Citadel Mall).
The centre can be open for inspection from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The event is inside 5 minutes’ stroll of the Metro prepare line, and a brief stroll to Citadel Towers Purchasing Centre.
